Contribute to our Book on ESG best practices in Space Entrepreneurship

We are happy to announce that we are currently working on producing a Book on the “Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) best practices in the Space Entrepreneurship Ecosystem: Trends, Challenges and Opportunities”, targeting the adequacy between curricula and sector needs.

This book will be a key output -- and an influential instrument -- to share ESG best practices amongst the industry, decision makers, academia, and practitioners alike. It will also play an important role in the future of EU´s space industrial landscape and EU policies to improve the companies' performance and impact on society and the environment -- including recruitment processes and capabilities -- to ultimately foster innovation, sustainability and increase EU competitiveness in space.

ESG has become front of mind for most companies in the space sector and beyond. Driven by factors such as climate change, social inequality, and the impact of COVID-19, and amplified through social media platforms, ESG provides the perfect opportunity to assess a company’s impact on the environment and society, as well as its system of rules, practices, and processes.

As such, we are looking for companies that have interest and/or experience with ESG practices in the space entrepreneurship ecosystem.

Shared experiences and insights will be captured as testimonials in the form of storylines in the aforementioned Book. Moreover, survey respondents will have an opportunity to participate in knowledge exchange gatherings and expand their network with other industrial peers with similar experiences and interests.

Thus, if you´re interested in learning more about this topic and/or want to share your experience, kindly complete this 5-minute survey.

If you wish to further circulate the survey with other colleagues, the survey will run until Friday the 27th of October, 2023.
