Besides solid core skills, all future employees in the space sector will have to have soft skills that will allow them to adapt to changing circumstances in the workplace.
Thus, ASTRAIOS is trying to identify the new working way (teamwork, interdisciplinary cooperation etc.) and soft skills needed by the sector and necessary for Europe to remain competitive, innovative, and open to all players in Europe.For this, ASTRAIOS is currently running a survey that will feed into this analysis and its outcomes will provide clear synergies of expertise, as well as coverage of the "education and training pipeline".
